System maintenance is dedicated to the infrastructure of the Code42 cloud. Updates to Code42 cloud hardware, networking, software and operating system patches are examples of system maintenance.
This system maintenance includes rolling service interruption of 25 minutes for functions requiring the Code42 console such as Administrative tasks, registering new devices, authenticating users and devices, and performing web restores. Device backup and restore rolling service interruption of 15 minutes per storage node is also being performed. While some users may experience limited functionality for this short period, many users do not notice any impact at all.
