Maintenance scheduled for this window may cause service interruptions greater than 15 minutes and is scheduled to begin Tuesday, July 23rd at 7:00 p.m. US Central Time (CT). Times are based on the local time for our headquarters in Minneapolis. While some users may experience limited functionality for a short period, users are generally not impacted for the entire maintenance window. Many users do not notice any impact at all.

Scheduled - Our eCommerce partner Digital River's planned maintenance is scheduled to begin Sunday, July 14th, 2019 at 6:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST). We anticipate it will finish by 6:00 p.m. CST.

Our system will still continue to take orders, however, you may see temporary delays in fulfillment and order confirmation emails, and will be unable to access self-service tools to manage payment information or view order history during this maintenance window.

Investigating - We are investigating an issue that is currently preventing a limited set of Enterprise Customers from accessing the Code42 console. This can manifest itself in the inability to login to the Code42 console and perform administrative functions as well as perform web restores. This can also affect new client provisioning. Client backups and restores are not affected.

We will provide further updates via this status page.
