Investigating - Code42 has identified a delay for events being processed from our Cloud Service integrations. Affected products include: Forensic File Search, User Activity, Exposure Dashboard, Alerts, and Departing Employee Lens.

Events are not lost or missing, there is just a delay for these products in displaying events at this time. Once a resolution is in place, the system will resume processing the queued events and Code42 products will return to function as expected.

System maintenance with potential to cause service interruption greater than 15 minutes is scheduled for Tuesdays from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. US Central Time (CT), when necessary. Times are based on the local time for our headquarters in Minneapolis. While some users may experience limited functionality for a short period, users are generally not impacted for the entire maintenance window. Many users do not notice any impact at all.

System maintenance with minimal anticipated service interruption is conducted throughout the week and is typically seamless to customers.

Our billing partner Digital River’s maintenance is scheduled to begin Sunday, April 5th, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST). We anticipate it will finish by 2:00 p.m. CST.

During maintenance, you can still sign up for a CrashPlan for Small Business free trial. You may see delays in order confirmation emails. You will not be able to manage payment information or view order history until maintenance is complete.
