Our billing partner, Digital River, has routine monthly maintenance scheduled to begin Sunday, December 13, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST). We anticipate it will finish by 2:00 p.m. CST.

During maintenance, you can sign up for a CrashPlan for Small Business free trial. You may see delays in fulfillment and order confirmation emails. You will not be able to manage payment information or view order history until maintenance is complete.

Code42 will be conducting network maintenance at our Dublin location on Tuesday, December 1st at 3 PM Central Time (Tuesday, December 1st at 9 PM GMT). This network maintenance is scheduled to last for about 4 hours. Only users enabled to use our Dublin destination will be affected during this window.

While some users may experience limited functionality for a short period, users are generally not impacted for the entire maintenance window. Many users do not notice any impact at all.
