System maintenance with potential to cause service interruption greater than 15 minutes is scheduled for Tuesdays from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. US Central Time (CT), when necessary. Times are based on the local time for our headquarters in Minneapolis. While some users may experience limited functionality for a short period, users are generally not impacted for the entire maintenance window. Many users do not notice any impact at all.

System maintenance with minimal anticipated service interruption is conducted throughout the week and is typically seamless to customers.

Scheduled - Our eCommerce partner Digital River's planned maintenance is scheduled to begin Sunday, September 15th, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST). We anticipate it will finish by 2:00 p.m. CST.

Our system will still continue to take orders, however, you may see temporary delays in fulfillment and order confirmation emails, and will be unable to access self-service tools to manage payment information or view order history during this maintenance window.

Resolved - Unplanned maintenance has finished. The account management functions are working as intended.

Identified - Our eCommerce provider is currently down due to unplanned maintenance. Features such as updating your billing information, accessing receipts and managing your subscriptions automatic renewal may not be available. Our vendor, Digital River, has been notified and is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Orders can still be placed, however there may be a short delay in receiving your confirmation. We'll update this page when we have received additional updates.
