Times are based on the local time for our headquarters in Minneapolis. Code42 will be conducting network maintenance at our Sydney location on Monday, September 21st at 9 AM Central Time (Tuesday, September 22nd at midnight AEST). This network maintenance is scheduled to last for about 6 hours. Only users enabled to use our Singapore destination will be affected during this window.

While some users may experience limited functionality for a short period, users are generally not impacted for the entire maintenance window. Many users do not notice any impact at all.

Identified - The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

Investigating - Code42 has identified a delay for events being processed that impacts some customers. Affected products include: Forensic File Search, User Activity, Exposure Dashboard, Alerts, and Departing Employee Lens.

Once a resolution is in place, the system will resume processing the queued events and Code42 products will return to function as expected.
