Our billing partner, Digital River, has routine monthly maintenance scheduled to begin Sunday, December 12th, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time (CDT). We anticipate it will finish by 2:00 p.m. CDT.

During maintenance, you can sign up for a CrashPlan for Small Business free trial. You may see delays in fulfillment and order confirmation emails. You will not be able to manage payment information or view order history until maintenance is complete.

Identified - We are experiencing issues with our backup stats for a subset of users on the Device list page in the Admin Console. The correct backup stats can be retrieved on the Device details page if needed. Backup and restore functionality continue to work as expected.
