System maintenance is dedicated to the infrastructure of the Code42 cloud. Updates to Code42 cloud hardware, networking, and operating system patches are examples of system maintenance.
Extended system maintenance with potential to cause service interruption greater than 15 minutes is scheduled for Saturday April 30, 2022 for 48 hours starting at 9:00 a.m. US Central Time (CT). During this extended maintenance window, you may receive notices from external integrations (i.e. Identity providers, SIEM or SOAR) regarding an inability to connect to Code42 systems. This is a known, expected behavior and will remediate automatically once maintenance has ended. During this extended maintenance window, it will not be possible to:
Sign in to the administration console Register new devices Perform web or push restores Access API resources
This system maintenance applies to: Incydr customers who log in at console.us2.code42.com or console.us2.crashplan.com CrashPlan customers who log in at console.us2.crashplan.com, console.us5.crashplan.com or console.us2.crashplanpro.com
The Code42 agent will collect backups and security events during the maintenance window. Those file changes and security events will become available when the maintenance window ends.
