Code42 has scheduled maintenance for the Code42 cloud on December 19, 2019 for a 4-hour window starting at 7 PM US Central time. This maintenance includes a fix for the ongoing Degraded Service for Device Statistics issue.
During this window, the Code42 administration console and web restore will be temporarily unavailable. Existing device backup and restore will only be briefly interrupted. New devices will experience a delay before starting backup.
