System maintenance is dedicated to the infrastructure of the Code42 cloud. Updates to Code42 cloud hardware, networking, and operating system patches are examples of system maintenance.
Between 11:00 and 15:00 U.S. Central Time (GMT-5) on August, 7 2021, Code42 will be performing system maintenance for all customers who login to Code42 Incydr or CrashPlan using https://crashplan.com/console or https://crashplanpro.com/ console. During this maintenance window it will not be possible to perform the following actions: • Login to the Administration Console • Register new devices • Perform web or push restores • Access API resources for extended admin and reporting functions
Currently registered and authenticated Code42 agents will continue backup, restore, and security event collection operations during the maintenance period.
Customers who use addresses other than crashplan.com or crashplanpro.com for login to their environment will be unaffected.
